TMS320F28384D: Power up a C2000 uController one step at a time

Part Number: TMS320F28384D

Hi,

Good Day.

I have a "situation" where I am compelled to power up a C2000 uController one step at a time. for example, I want to apply the 3.3V. Wait a few minutes (5 to 10 minutes), then apply the 1.2V, wait for the same, then VCC.OCS waits for the same then VDDOSC and so for and so on.

I just need to confirm that I am free to power up in any sequence I want with any time out in between without hurting the micro.

I am very aware of power sequencing and all its requirements. I am not worried about that at all. So this is not a power sequence requirement issue at all. It is just as I stated. It will not be part of the design. It is a noise issue that I am dealing with that am trying to see if it is a uC issue or an analog circuitry issue.

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Best Regards,

Ray Vincent
