Hi my customer is wondering if 1.2V is regulated internally from 3.3V w/o 56ohm, because other C2000 family (28004x) is not necessary.

    Yada-san,   

              This device does not have the on-chip VREG that many other C2000 devices have. 1.2v must be supplied externally. That 56Ω resistor is needed solely for the reason mentioned in the datasheet. This is explained better in page 30 of www.ti.com/lit/SPRZ412 (although it is the errata for a different device, the underlying issue is the same).
