Hi Ben,

I confirmed this with design and the HRCLK is generated by an internal ring oscillator. Calibration logic can be used to determine SYCLK:HRCLK ratio. 

If I may ask, what is the application using the HRCAP?

The customer finds maybe an error in TI routine, that is, by calculation, the period setting value in the HRCAP module should be 1.6 s instead of 1.6 ms .
