Hi Experts,
The customer is planning to develop an EV charger in which there is a totem pole PFC (65Khz) and a half-bridge LLC converter ( 90Khz to 250khz).
They need to select a microcontroller that can able to do both functions. we need the approximate memory size required to select the microcontroller.
They have already selected a few parts (F280025CPTSR or F280037CSPM) but we are not sure whether really we need 256KB or 128KB memory for this application.
We need your help selecting the approximate memory size for this application.
