LAUNCHXL-F28069M: Serial communication failure in Parameter estimation using LaunchXL-F28069 and BoostXL DRV8323RS

I am trying to do parameter estimation using LaunchXL-F28069 and BoostXL DRV8323RS using MATLAB simulink parameter estimation block. But I am getting error showing 'Serial communication failed' in MATLAB. But it is working fine in open loop and closed lop 6-step commutation but it is throwing this error in parameter estimation.
