Renewable Energy GUI Template C# Files

Hi,

I am trying to modify the Renewable Energy GUI that comes in sprc898.zip.  Under the Source Files (TI_F28xxx_SysSW\Renewable\~GUI\~Source\GUI_Template) there is a C# project file called GUI_Template.csproj but when opening this project it does not have the associated GUI_Template.cs or other associated files.  Can you tell me if these exist and how I can get them?
