I use CCS10.40 to design my DSP program , after build over and download to target board , it work well .

But I use c2prog tool program the .out or .hex file to the target file, c2prog report program over and successfully.

After complete program , I reset my target board , but it can't work .

Did you try to compare the loaded flash image between CCS and Uniflash loads?

Hi Vamsi,

This problem has been solved.

Root casue is after use c2prog program over, the target board need to repower on.
