TMS320F28388D: Debugger Initialization Error

I am getting following error when I connect the debugger to flash the code.

Do I need to do any setting before connecting the debugger?

Hi,

Which Code Composer Studio version are you using? Could you please show a screenshot of your target configuration file? If you are using a TI project, you will likely be able to find the target configuration file in the targetConfigs folder inside of your CCS project. Also, please right click on the target configuration file, and make sure that it is set to active.
