TMS320F28388D: no Ethercat slave found

Part Number: TMS320F28388D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

We are using 28388d and trying to connect using CPU1 Ethercat Example

The PHY is Microchip's LAN8710A.

Could it be that the OUI of PHYIDR1,2 among the MAC addresses is different?

I want to edit Register Maps, but I can't find it in Code.

Can you tell me how to fix it?

  • Geuntae,

I am assuming that you are running the C2000ware EtherCAT example. Detailed steps have been included on how to run the same in the Controller User Guide within C2000ware. Please make sure that you generate the proper slave stack code and program the EEPROM.

In your particular case, what are you using as EtherCAT master? The examples have been tested using TwinCAT as EtherCAT master.

    Thanks.
