Hello Siddeshwar,

You can find this information in the product datasheet (section 12 Mechanical, Packaging, and Orderable Information). According to the Packaging Information table, the Eco Plan column states that all F2837xD packages are marked as RoHS (see footnote 2 beneath the table for more detail on what this means).
