TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT: the relationship between clarke1.As and actual value

Part Number: TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT

Hi Team,

Here're some issues from the customer may need your help:

1.

clarke1.As=((AdcMirror.ADCRESULT1)*0.00024414 -offsetA)*2*0.909; // Phase A curr.

The above formula is the current per unit value in the motor routine. How to calculate the real current value of the motor through this per unit value?

2.

This is my circuit diagram. PHW+ and PHW- are connected to the W-phase switch tube of the motor, and the sampling resistance is 0.02 ohms.

The magnification factor of the above circuit is 8.32. The current formula I calculated is

IA = 9.91-6*((AdcMirror.ADCRESULT1)*0.00024414*3);

Could you help me check if it is correct?

Thanks & Regards

  • The above formula is the current per unit value in the motor routine. How to calculate the real current value of the motor through this per unit value?

    You should know the scale current value of the current sampling circuit with ADC. The scale value is also the base value for PU. The real current = the PU value *the base current value.

    Could you help me check if it is correct?

    As mentioned above.  Ia=clarke1.As * 19.82561391.
