TMS320F28375D: TI XDS110 debug probe conflict issue

Part Number: TMS320F28375D

Hi All,

We used TMS320F28375D as our microcontroller. We also used HIL for test and debug. We used a btd file to run microcontroller on our circuit board. Now we used TI XDS110 debug probe to collect more intermediate variables data. So we used CCS to download an out file to microcontroller. We saw an error message shew up when we wanted to connect PC to microcontroller board via JTAG emulator. It is:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -151 @ 0x0)
One of the FTDI driver functions used during the connect
returned bad status or an error. The cause may be one or
more of: no XDS100 is plugged in, invalid XDS100 serial number,
blank XDS100 EEPROM, missing FTDI drivers, faulty USB cable.
Use the xds100serial command-line utility in the 'common/uscif'
folder to verify the XDS100 can be located.
(Emulation package 8.0.903.2)

I also insert a snapshot in this message

I want to figure out what cause this fault. Can you let me know a solution?

Best regards,

Hao
