Hi:

These parts are unobtainium from any US distributors. There are a few BGA F2812 available, but I strongly prefer QFP. I have enough on hand to finish a low volume project, and can wait until more become available hopefully in <6mos to stock up on more.

Why are these unavailable now?

There are no plans to discontinue these, right?

When might they start filling up the supply chains again with new production?

Correct. These products are NOT planned to be discontinued.

Demand. I would suggest you work with your distributor of choice to get orders submitted.

As Brandon mentioned, high demand is causing the dearth of F2812 devices. We are working to increase availability. If you have a sense of the quantity that you expect to need 6 months down the line, I recommend placing an order now to help ensure timely delivery.
