28335 Phase Shifting and Inversion for Multiple ePWM Signals

For the PWM module, look at TMS320x2833x, 2823x Enhanced Pulse Width Modulator (ePWM) Reference Guide (Rev. A).

If you are looking at the High-Resolution PWM, then TMS320x2833x, 2823x High Resolution Pulse Width Modulator (HRPWM) RG (Rev. A).

Each instance of the ePWM module has 2 outputs, the A and B side.  When you mention ePWM3 is an inverted version of ePWM2, are you assuming only 1 output per instance of a module?  If so, then you can get an inverted version of ePWM2A by configuring ePWM2B as an inverted version.

The ePWM modules can be synchronized to each other as depicted in Figure 1 of the TMS320x2833x, 2823x Enhanced Pulse Width Modulator (ePWM) Reference Guide (Rev. A) to perhaps assist with you desire to have a phase relationship between ePWM1 and ePWM2.
