    Hello,

    Apologies for the very lte response.  You can refer to figure 14-3 (Analog Group Connections) and table 14-1 (Analog Pins and Internal Connections) of the TRM on how to configure the comparator input mux selection.  For instance, if you wish to select pin A12 as CMP4_LP input, write 2 (from table14-1, under column Low Positive and row A12/C1 - CMP4 is LPMXSEL=2) to register CMPLPMXSEL, bit CMP4LPMXSEL.  These details are in the Analog Subsystem chapter of the TRM.
