TMS320F280037: How to generate the correct bin file

Hi team,

1) Applying the latest 12.20 compiler could not generate the bin file as shown below, but the customer tried the 10.0 compiler, it works.

"${CCE_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/tiobj2bin.bat" "${BuildArtifactFileName}" "${BuildArtifactFileBaseName}.bin" "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/ofd2000.exe" "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/hex2000.exe" "${CCE_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/mkhex4bin.exe"

2) In version 12.20, bin generation is selected at generate hex, but the number of words in the generated bin file is odd, so CRC is not good to check. 

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
