CCS update 3.3.83.19

I installed CCS from the original CD comes from spectrum digital.  Now I want to update it to 3.3.83.19.  I cannot find the patch from TI website or the wiki link.  Where can I find the patch to update it?

    Hi Miaosen,

          Are you still having problems with getting this version of CCS?  Is there a reason that you do not want to use the latest version of Code Composer Studio?
