Motor Control - Clark Transform

I have a motor control application being run on the 28335 chip using the TI FOC example. The clark transform looks like it uses phases A and B for it's calculations. I only have currents available from phases B and C. Would there be an issue providing these two currents to the clark instead of A and B?

As far as I know this transform is based on a balanced three phase system and therefore as long as you provide two phases all should be okay ... the naming is done by the user and therefore as long as you keep track of your phase sequence all blocks will work.

You should ba able to derive phase B current via Kirchof's current law.
