How is the source code of SCI communication between GUI and C2000 device in LVMultiAxis dev kits?

After I installed controlSUITE, I get the 2xPM_Motor.out in the directory C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\LVMultiAxis+PfcKit_v1.4\~GUI. This .out file use SCI to communicate with the GUI 2xPM_Motors.exe. Where is the source code of the 2xPM_Motor.out?

I Checked the folder C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\LVMultiAxis+PfcKit_v1.4\2xPM_Sensorless. But I did not find where the code communicate with the PC com port. Could you point me to there? In the main or in the interrupt?
