Hello,

I just searched and find out is not possible to use Insta-spin position control (LAB13B) without Index pin on encoder.

is there any way to have position control without index signal from encoder?

Currently, you have to use the encoder with encoder for the example lab. We don't have the example code for the encoder without index, you may have a try to change the enc.c by yourself.

Thanks, is there any reference doc for enc.c file? or how the spin motion use the z index for position control to understanding better about that?

Iit doesn't have any document since the source code file is in the project and could be easy to understand. You may need to change the QEP configuration code as well for the encoder without index.
