Dear TI engineers,

Nowadays, I used Uniflash to upgrade program. Sometimes, it would have a fault which could be seen from pic.

Probability of this fault maybe about 5 percent. I would upgrade again when this phenomenon occurred.

So, would you have some suggestions?

Hi Coke,

During erase/program operations, can you check whether the voltage lines are in the operating range of the device? If not, reads may fail, leading to such error.
