LAUNCHXL-F28379D: SFRA GUI CONNECTION ISSUE

We have confirmed that the LaunchPAD UART is working on the same pin. 
Although, we are not able to make the connection between SFRA and GUI.
The steps we have followed is recorded in the attached video.

    Hi,

    The data type should be floating point rather than fixed point, unless it was the intentional data type per your design.

    Highly suggesting refer to published ref designs with SFRA code made with F2837x device. TIDM-1000 and TIDA-10062. Please follow the instruction and also the screenshot.

    We tried using TIDM-1000  and change data type to floating point, still the issue is not resolved. 
    The steps we have followed is recorded in the attached video.

    Looks like you cannot get the SFRA with published ref design TIDM1000. When you say you tried using TIDM-1000, are you using the LAUNCHXL-F28379D or TMDSCNCD28379D? Also, I saw in the 28379D based code was using 28 and 29 for SFRA, rather than 42 or 43.

    Could you get a TMDSCNCD28379D and try the released 28379D code for TIDM1000 without any modification? Again, I am trying to get you a base case that SFRA can work, so that you can start from there to compare your setup with the ref design to figure out the reasons.

    For LaunchXL F28379D we have utillized 42 and 43.

    Still the problem is not fixed.

    Could you get a TMDSCNCD28379D and try the released 28379D code for TIDM1000 without any modification?

    We will try it on TMDSCNCD28379D.

    But our query is we need to implement SFRA + GUI on the TMS320F28379D LaunchXL itself. That problem is not figure out yet.

    Understood that the goal is to implement SFRA + GUI on the TMS320F28379D LaunchXL. Hopefully by starting from TMDSCNCD28379D, it will explain what was the cause that you could not connect with TMS320F28379D LaunchXL. Keep us posted.
