Hello Team,

I am planning to use one LAUNCHXL-F280049C and two DRV8328AEVM boards to drive two hall-based BLDC motors. I also need an angle sensor that can detect the angle of the car steering and interface with the LAUNCHXL-F280049C over eQEP interface.

I am having following question:

  1. Would it be possible to drive two BLDC motors with two DRV8328AEVMs and one LAUNCHXL-F280049C? If yes, how is the connection diagram going to be.
  2. Can you provide me with the part number for an incremental (or quadrature) encoder that can interface with the LAUNCHXL-F280049C over the eQEP peripheral for interfacing encoders? My requirement is not for very high resolution, only that it should interface with the LAUNCHXL-F280049C. The application is for Car steering angle measurement.
