TMS320F28335: Lot Number Tracking

Help..

Part Number: TMS320F28335

Hello experts!

I changed a spare TMS320F28335PGFA because I had a problem.

It's not kept in the recommended specs, but I don't think it's bad.

However, even after replacing the spare, the operation is not good, so I ask a question.

On my MCU it is marked as

TMS320
F28335PGFA
CA-1CA400W
G4

May I know the lot number of this?

I'd like to know how long it's been since I've had this spare.

There is a spare in a shady and cool location (Labs, not official parts store)

lot trace code is only on the sealed bag & box.

but the date code is described in the datasheet.

the -1 is the year, so either 2011 or 2021

not just from the date code, no.

Can you attach a picture of the top symbolization? We may be able to look it up in our systems.

the symbol looks like homepage symbol.

2021 is most likely.

I can't 100% confirm, but it is very likely this is from 2021 production
