Which release notes shall i read for the details?

And the injection error STL_HWBIST_TIMEOUT and STL_HWBIST_LOGIC_FAULT seems cannot work?

You can see the release notes at <C2000Ware installation>\libraries\diagnostic\release_notes.html. Basically we were observing an occasional unexpected reset when those error types were injected. You can try replacing NO_ERROR with TIMEOUT and LOGIC_FAULT in the example project code in your screen capture and see if you observe the same behavior.
