F28M35H52C: fatfs not found in tirtos sysbios

Hi,

I am wanting to implement FatFS in TI-RTOS for the C2000 on an existing custom hardware with the N25Q flash chip. I have the latest available tirtos_c2000_2_16_01_14. Some examples I found uses the FatFS found in ti/sysbios/fatfs.

C:\ti\tirtos_c2000_2_16_01_14\products\bios_6_45_02_31\packages\ti\sysbios

However there is no such fatfs directory in ti/sysbios. Do I need to install it seperately? I cannot find any instructions to do so.

However I found fatfs in MW but they are not exactly the same as the filenames are different.

Some insights into this would be appreciated.

It appears to be using the code in here: C:\ti\tirtos_c2000_2_16_01_14\products\tidrivers_c2000_2_16_01_13\packages\ti\mw\fatfs

The examples I have seem to be using the one found in C:\ti\tirtos_c2000_2_16_01_14\products\MWare_v202a\third_party\fatfs

Is there a way to convert to use this?

I manage to use MWare by adding in the .cfg

Do I need to do anything to dereference from the default tidrivers ?

Judging from the TIRTOS fatsd example, it looks like xdc.useModule('ti.mw.fatfs.FatFS') pulls the \ti\mw\fatfs one into the project. I think as long as you aren't using that one in your cfg file, you should be able to use the other implementation.
