TMS320F2800137: issue of programming F2800137 with C2prog

Hi Expert,

My customer have issue of programming F2800137 with C2prog, C2prog version is v2.04, below are the error reported.

when there have failure with C2prog, customer use uniflash or ccs to program the device and it is succuessful to program.

for the empty device without any code, it is ok to program with C2prog.

but for the device with existing code, it will fail to program with C2prog.

there may have some bug of C2prog, Could you suggest how to fix the issue?

Hello Strong,

As per Vamsi, please provide the following information:

1) What were the OTP/DCSM settings of the image that first programmed successfully on the empty device?
2) What are the OTP/DCSM settings of the image which failed to program subsequently?

No secured for the flash. they use TI example that can reproduce this issue

Hello Strong,

Thank you for your help with getting to the bottom of this issue.

It turns out the the Windows version of C2Prog had an problem which prevented it from erasing sectors 32 and up.

This is fixed now with C2Prog v2.0.4-9.

Can you please confirm that this resolves everything on your end?
