Hi Hareesh;
My customer said the https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spraby1a/spraby1a.pdf can`t solve their problem,they just want to know the Baking time and baking temperature of 28034,But I I didn't find the relevant information。Can you help take a look?
Hi Hareesh;
As you can see, in this picture, it just show the time and temperature of preheating and reflow soldering are shown, there is no baking time and temperature。So,please help to confirm it,thanks!

What is the package? Please provide the complete part number.
The key question on ‘temperature’ is how the devices are housed. If tape and reel, the plastics of the T&R may be the limiting factor on a temperature without changing the properties.
part number:TMS320F28034PNT,It needs to be baked before reflow soldering. Some chips set the oven temperature to 80°C±10°C, and the baking time is 2H-4H. The customer wants to know the baking time and baking temperature of 28034。What are the baking time and temperature requirements?
I checked with an expert in Quality and got the following feedback:
"The TI tray that we ship the devices in is rated to 150'C. Assuming this is the TI tray + units with no nylon binding, you can use 4 hours x 150'C. If you can only do 125'C, you can bake for 12 hours to be fully dry".
