As you can  see,  in  this picture,  it just show the  time and temperature of preheating and reflow soldering are shown, there is no baking time and temperature。So，please  help  to  confirm it,thanks!

What is the package? Please provide the complete part number. 

The key question on ‘temperature’ is how the devices are housed. If tape and reel, the plastics of the T&R may be the limiting factor on a temperature without changing the properties.
