TMS320F28388D: issue about SYSCTL_OSCSRC_XTAL_SE

Hi Team,

The selection 11 of CLKSRCCTL1[OSCCLKSRCSEL] is 'reserved (default to INTOSC1)' according to the spruii0d_TMS320F2838x Real-Time Microcontrollers With Connectivity Manager TRM (Rev. D) P228.

But the code comment demonstrate that this selection is 'External oscillator (XTAL) in single-ended mode'.

Could you please take a look and explain of this?

Hello Yale,

If you see the note [1] below in the register description it says selection of reserved would default to Bit 00.

In F28388D supports Single ended clock which is controlled in XTALCR register (Pg 249 in spruii0d_TMS320F2838x Real-Time Microcontrollers With Connectivity Manager TRM (Rev. D) ) as shown below.
