I did not know if anyone had experience or if it was possible to attach a BLE dongle to the USB host controller on the 2807x board? And if there were any examples of this?

Hi Brent,

The C2000 team does not have any software developed for interfacing with a BLE device. We have some USB software examples / library in C2000WARE that can be leveraged to build-up SW drivers. UART may be another communication interface option.

I'll move your post to the bluetooth forum. Maybe they can provide some further suggestions.

Most BLE devices also use UART to communicate and send HCI commands for example the CC2564C or the CC26xx devices can also be configured to NPIs using the Host test examples.
