TMS320F28388D: Boot Mode Confirmation

Using the controller TMS320F28388D , would like to know the connection for boot pin is correct or not .

Page 75 says GPIO72 can also be used as D12 (EMIF1_D12) for SDRAM communication.

Also Page 259 says GPIO 72 should be permanently high for USB boot.

So How can I make D12 permanently high on board if I wish to have data transfer between SDRAM and MCU.

Please help me to resolve this query.

Hi,
the boot pins don't need to be in a specific state permanenty, but only during the boot time, when bootrom is sampling these pins. After that you can use the pins as you wish.
