TMS320F280049: Communicate with AD9834 through SPI

Now my customer is using F280049 and AD9834 for their design, and they want to know whether F280049 can communicate with AD9834 to control the frequency of output sine wave of AD9834 under the connection which is shown as below. They let SOMI pin floating and CS connected to SYNC, CLK connected to SCLK, MOSI connected to SDATA. If it can not achieved, could you pls double check whether we have some suitable ADC device which can generate 3MHz sine wave.
