Do the High-Resolution PWMs operate at a certain minimum frequency? I seem to recall in the datasheet mentioning something about 60MHz minimum for high-resolution PWMs.
Thanks
Tekster.

Hello Tekster,
I'm currently looking into the details of this and will get back to you within a day or two. The attached image (emphasis/highlighting mine) is the section of the datasheet you're referring to.

Hello Tekster,
I was able to talk to my colleagues and confirm what I was already reasonable certain was the case. Essentially, this note means that the EPWMCLK for the HRPWM-enabled ePWM module being utilized must be at a minimum of 60 MHz. This has no impact on the ability of the ePWM to operate at, for example, 20 kHz- in that case, it simply adjusts the calculations required to determine the value for TBPRD, CMPx, etc., as described in the device TRM section 26.4.3 Calculating PWM Period and Frequency.
I hope that helps!
Regards,
Jason Osborn
