Hello There,

I am running DRV830x-HC-C2-KIT with INSTASPIN-FOC GUI.

I have following questions regarding the motorware_1_01_00_18 Lab solutions:\ti\motorware\motorware_1_01_00_18\docs\labs .

Lab Name: Lab1b

Following are the steps I performed:

  1. Click Tools->Graph->Dual time in CCS menu. Click the Import button and select the appropriate single or dual time file from “..\sw\solutions\instaspin_foc\src\proj_lab01b_d1&d2_1.graphProp.”
  2. Click Tools->Graph->Single time in CCS menu. Click the Import button and select the appropriate single or dual time file from “..\sw\solutions\instaspin_foc\src\proj_lab01b_d3_1.graphProp.”

Post following these steps, I could not see any waveform in the graph window.

In addition to the problem above, I have 1 query. What is performance difference between with fpu and with out fpu Labs in projects.

    Run the lab to spin the motor and click the continuous refresh on the graph tool window.

    There is no significant difference on the FAST estimator execution time, but FPU enables you to design the code with floating point if needed.
