    Dear customer,

                  It appears you failed to program the device on the board. In the first video, when you tried to program the device you were asked to provide the password (to unlock the device) and you didn’t know what to do at that point. If the device was already secured with passwords, you need to unlock it before you can program it. If you don't know the passwords, there isn't much that can be done. If the device didn’t have passwords or if this is the first time you are attempting to program it, there could be some other issue. Please see this post for helpful hints.  

    In the second video, it appears you couldn’t establish the connection when trying to program the device. This can happen when the ECSL kicks in, which breaks the debugger connection.
