TMS320F28388D: Interfacing with stand alone CAN controller

Hi All,

I need to interface f28388 with mcp 25625 stand alone CAN controller by spi_can.Can anyone guide me how to do so?

Drishti,

TMS320F28388D already has a total of 3 CAN modules (2 x DCAN and 1 MCAN). Are you trying to add another CAN module to it by interfacing to the SPI port of MCP25625? If so, I am afraid we don't have any resources that can help you. OTOH, if you are trying to connect to MCP25625 via CAN, you just need a transceiver on the TMS320F28388D side. You can refer to www.ti.com/lit/SPRACU9 for connection details.

Thankyou for your response. Yes , we are trying to add another CAN to it by interfacing with SPI.
