Hi. Where can I find MTTFd and other parameters of this chip for ISO 13849.

Hi Hareesh,

As far as I know, MTTFd and MTTF are different. MTTFd should be smaller than MTTF, which will affect the PL of our product.

Are there any manuals or catalogs that record the MTTFd or B10d values? And How do I get it?

The MTTFd = 1/PFH for a particular device and its application in the system. PFH (residual FIT) value can be calculated for the device and its application (after customizing the FMEDA).
For the Tenor full-configuration (with ZWT package), the PFH value (considering permanent) is: 8.35 FITs.
The equivalent MTTFd = 1e9/8.35 è ~120e6 hrs
