TMS320F280025: how to config flash module?

i want to erase the sector FLASH_BANK0_SEC12 -15,when i run in debug mode, it works well,but when i restart without debug mode,it doesnot work.and my CMD file is flash.cmd, i also remap the function to RAM address ,but still not works

Are you using Flash API to erase the sectors?

yeah,i have solved this problem, because i only locate the flash API in RAM yesteday,but don not use MemCpy function,now it works well. it seems that TI' FLASH MODULE is difficult than NXP,and there is so limited open source.
