I have a question about USER_MAX_VS_MAG,

The default value in SDK_4_02_01_00 is 0.66:

#define USER_M1_MAX_VS_MAG_PU             (0.66f)

So according to the comment current reconstruction is needed:

//! \brief Set USER_MAX_VS_MAG = 2/3 = 0.6666 to create a trapezoidal
//! \brief voltage waveform. Current reconstruction will be needed
//! \brief for this scenario (Lab08).

Can you please confirm if current reconstruction is part of the universal motor control lab? Can we enable it using predefined symbols (OVM?).

Otherwise where can I find Lab08?

    Yes, current reconstruction is used in over-modulation (OVM) and single-shunt current resistor (DCLINKSS) routines. You can find more info on over-modulation in the older InstaSPIN documents in Motorware.
