1. Is the same code running on both boards?
2. Additionally, please provide the configuration code for the ePWM.

Yes, the same code is running on both board. It usesd TI's official 2803X ePWM operating model,and the model in Matlab is burned directly

Hmm, that's concerning. Have you performed an A/B swap test, swapping the Control Card and the dock and repeating the test? Please let me know if the issue seems to follow the dock or the card.

We have not performed the A/B swap test, but we ordered two pieces of parts, another one is ok.

In order to determine how best to proceed, it's important that we determine whether the issue seems to be present on the ControlCard or the docking station. Please let me know if the issue seems to follow the ControlCard or the docking station when the set with the apparent fault and the working set switch ControlCards and you run the code again.

The issue seems to follow the ControlCard. When the ControlCard is removed, the docking station is not short-circuited.
