TMS320F28335 flash register settings

I try to set flash pagewait, randwait and otpwait for 140Mhz sysclk. The datasheet specify the timing for 150 and 120Mhz. am I right to choose the setting for 150Mhz to be on the safeside?

Bertrand,

The datasheet also has formula for the wait-states on or about the same page as the table you are talking about. The table that has the 150 MHz and 120 MHz rows in it is derived from the formulas. You don't say what device you are using, but I suspect it may be F2833x. For this device, it turns out the wait-states at 140 MHz are the same as at 150 MHz.
