I apologize for the delay in my response. It looks like the CPU interrupt vectors are not coming from this location on this device, so Table 4-12 accurately describes what is located at those address locations. I am not sure why we include Table 3-4, but I will look into this.

Hi,
I believe the "Interrupt Vector Table" is included so that customers that were familiar with older devices will find the PIE vector table when they look for the Interrupt Vector Table. As mentioned in the description for the Interrupt Vector table, INT1-INT12 vectors are not used on this device. The replacement for these vectors can be found in the PIE vector table.
