The FCL Fast Current Loop scheme described in the spracl1b.pdf, using SFRA GUI for frequency sweep in the Incremental build Level6 lab.

It can be sure that the BUILDLEVEL is set to FCL_Level6 in 'FCL_f2837x_tmsdxiddk_settings.h'

#Define SFRA_GUI_SCI_BAUDRATE 57600 baud rate, the customer checked the line with the code and it was good.

OK, the set-up looks correct. When they press "Connect" what error do they see? This was missing from the 2nd screenshot.

If they run the 'sci_ex3_echoback' example in C2000WARE can they see data on a serial terminal? This is to verify UART connection to XDS100 / PC is working properly.

The GUI does not react and the error is: "could not connect: please check connections"

When run example C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_4_03_00_00\driverlib\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\sci\sci_ex1_loopback, data can be received and the port number is COM8:

The sci_ex1_loopback example uses the internal SCI loopback I believe, they should try with the sci_ex3_echoback example which will use the external connections to the PC. Also can they try with the same Low Speed Clock config (LSPCLK = SYSCLK / 4) and 57600 baud rate.

OK, I'm not sure why this wouldn't work. Seems the SCI / UART communications to the PC are good.

I will test the IDDK software with SFRA tool on my side next week.

Sorry for the delay. I just tried the example in MCSDK v4_02_00_00 with Build Level 6 and I can connect to SFRA GUI. I did not have to make any changes to the software.
