May I ask you a question? I need to use the HRCAP function. I can't find the PIN that needs to be connected to? Please help explain clearly, thank you

Hi Tony,

Are you asking about the PIN to capture signals through? HRCAP is added to eCAP3, so you can use any of the selection of the eCAP input for this.

If you're using SysConfig, it should be easily set up for you to select what input you want by configuring this option:

Have you had a chance to take a look at our HRCAP software examples found within our C2000WARE SDK?

Hi Tony,

Any GPIO can be configured as an input to the eCAP module via input X-bar. However in order to use HRCAP, you'll need to set the signal you want to capture as input to eCAP3.
