TMS320F280039C: Question regarding the documentation for the Boot ROM addressing

While reviewing the flash and boot rom specifics for the F280039C I've run into inconsistent information and would like to understand what the differences mean. 
This is regarding the base address for the Boot ROM.

Two documents cited are: 

TMS320F28003x Real-Time Microcontrollers datasheet (Rev. B)

TMS320F28003x Real-Time Microcontrollers Technical Reference Manual (Rev. B)

The details of the start address are different one states 0x3F0000 the other 0x3F8000, is one a typo? If so, which one? Or are both correct, and how are these differences to be used?

    I should have also included I had seen this map in the C2000Ware explorer which I believe suggests the Data Sheet table 4.26 has the incorrect address:
