You have rejected my reply without providing a reason. Please let me know why you rejected it so that I can see how I can help you. asm2000.exe should be the assembler and lnk2000.exe should be the linker. Did they not work for you?

The DSPA.EXE and DSPLNK programs are not in the ZIP file.

Did you try asm2000.exe and lnk2000.exe?

Alexandre,

I checked with my colleague in the CCS team. He clarified that asm2000 and lnk2000 are for the newer 28x devices, not the older 240xA devices. Unlike the tools for 28x family, the compiler tools for 24x have a royalty and cannot be freely distributed. You would need a paid license of CCS 3.3 for 24x to get the compiler for it.
