Yes, Please refer to interrupt_ex3_sw_prioritization in c2000ware\driverlib\f2838x\examples\c28x\interrupt.

We also have Sysconfig support for this

Can I import the existing example code back into the Sysconfig, then change the prioritizing of the interrupts.

Such interrupt_ex3_sw_prioritization example.

Sure, you can add a .syscfg file in the project and update the priorities as needed. The Sysconfig generated files also include templet ISR functions with the required startup and cleanup code which you may use as reference
