I only got the M-POST Working in F28004X, it there the new Application Note for F2838x?

Does the second picture shows the right method to read the return value of M-POST test function?

The F2838x TRM is referring to the same application note, so the Status decode should still be the same. The only difference I see is that the MPOST Result will now be in memory address 0x0006 on the F2838x device, vs 0x0008 on the F28004x device. This is correct, once the MPOST status is complete, you can check this address in memory for the return value.
