TMS320F28379D: XDS100 v3 Debug Probe Does Not Connect to Target

Greetings,

I have two projects, both of which are using the XDS100 v3 debug probe. I can connect to the target with one but not the other. The one which connects is setup to connect while the system is running. The one which does not is setup to overwrite the flash. In both cases, the HW is identical, and both projects are in the same instance of CCS. When it fails, I get the following dialog box. What could be causing the failure.

Hi Gus,

I didn't find anything out of order from those pages. But I did discover that I was using a gel file for the dual core version of the processor. I corrected that, and I'm getting further, but not there. But that will be the subject of a different thread.
