Hi,
Can you please clarify what do you mean by simulation reset ?

RAM content does not get cleared on SIMRESET for XRSn. But, please note that all the variables in code get initialized by .cinit. function.

Only on power on reset, RAM content get cleared by BOOTROM. All other reset should retain the RAM content.
It may some concepts make me confused me.
As I use the debuger reset, the global variable suach as RxBuf arrary will reset as all 0.(I didnot initialize this arrary)

It there documentation of this technical details?

As I mentioned, in case of EABI format, all the variables get initialized by .cinit function (even if it's not been initialized in the code).
